WHEN IS THE FESTIVAL?
The Festival is 18, 19, 20 April 2019. Gates open at 11h00 on Thursday 18 April and the festival and camping site is closed from the Sunday 21st at 13h00.

WHERE CAN I SLEEP?
There are many options, General camping (with car), Tent Hotels, Off site at Hotels or Bed & Breakfasts in town! Select your option under the Accommodation tab in our menu at the top of the page.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]
CAN I CAMP WITH MY CAR!
Yes, we have plenty of space at our awesome new venue. You’ll just need a festival ticket that includes camping. You can also camp with your caravan or trailer, just remember there is no power access in General camping.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]
CAN I BRING MY KIDS?
Sure. You’ll need to stay in family camping though as under 18s are not allowed to overnight in General Camping.

Yes Lush is a cashless festival, meaning that you will not use actual money to transact throughout the festival but a card which you can top up on site. Visit Howler.co.za to top up your card in advance.

There will be several free water points (taps) in the festival area, including the campsite. You can also buy still water at any of our bars.

If you decide to gift your ticket(s) to someone that you know you need to ensure that the ticket(s) and/or camping pass(es) are transferred to the new ticket holder’s name and ID number, which can be done via a direct transfer from the ticket holder’s Howler.co.za account.

Please only purchase Lush Festival tickets through Howler.co.za. Plenty of scammers sell fake tickets online, if you try access the festival with one of these there’s a good chance you won’t get in.

THE RULES
Right of admission is reserved.
No Under 18s are allowed to camp in General camping.
If you’d like to bring your kids book Family Camping.
No Identity document (ID Book, Card, Drivers Licence or Passport) = No entry.
Alcohol (NOT IN GLASS) and Food is allowed into the Camp Sites but may not be brought into the festival (entertainment) area. We have bars and food vendors on site and these are even accessible from camping this year.
No Glass into the campsite.
No animals or pets (unless approved, registered service animals).
No illegal substances.
No drones.
No disposable plastic cups or plastic straws. Please consider enamel or stainless steel mugs or cups and take them home 🙂
The festival is cashless – you’re able to top up ahead of the festival or on site. You can bring your cash / debit / credit / cheque card to transact – all bank cards are welcome.
No offensive attire or acts of discrimination, violence or hate speech against any groups, staff members, service providers or fellow festival goers will not be tolerated.
Sleeping in cars, campervans or in the parking area will be permitted. You are welcome to do this in the camping area.
Please remember to respect the environment and try leave no litter or at least use the bins provided.
No professional photography equipment unless you have media accreditation. Any camera with an interchangeable lens system is considered professional equipment.
No wristband will result in your removal from the festival.
